recruitment 2024

August 11 - 17, 2024

What is recruitment?

Panhellenic Recruitment is a mutual selection process where a potential member has the opportunity to meet with chapter members, ask a variety of questions, and learn about the 12 wonderful Panhellenic chapters on UCF’s campus.

Recruitment is a fun-filled week of activities in which sororities educate potential new members on their respective organization and share their sisterhood with potential members. These days allow you to catch a glimpse into the personalities and values of each of the 12 chapters. Each sorority has something unique to offer, and with 12 chapters, you should be able to find a group of women with whom you identify.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION

A letter of recommendation is only an introduction. It does not guarantee additional opportunities to visit with a chapter, nor will it guarantee a bid of membership. It is still important to participate fully in the recruitment process with an open mind to get to know all the sororities. For more general information on letters of rec, click here.

Not all chapters at UCF accept letters of recommendation. To determine which organizations accept letters of rec, you will need to visit the website of the national organization. For more information, click here.
