The Panhellenic Council recognizes that sexual assault has greatly impacted our community in the past and in the present, and we understand that we need to confront this issue. While we understand there are still many women who have not spoken up about their trauma, we must not discredit anyone who has suffered. We as a Panhellenic community MUST do better to support each other no matter what circumstances and condemn any acts of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, stalking, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence or sexual violence. To our 12 chapters, we must protect and listen to the women in our community; we are all sisters.

The Panhellenic Executive Board has identified the need to find ways to both help and unify those affected by this matter. We as a board want you to know that we are here for you and we believe you. We will be working on ways to address this issue at a greater extent in the future with our council as well as others in the Greek Community.
